Flo Events serves York, PA and surrounding areas, including Lancaster, Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, and nearby communities. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

How does the booking process work?

Complete the request a quote form with your event details, date, inspiration photos, and the services you’re interested in. Then you will receive a custom quote. Once you are ready to move forward, pay deposit to reserve your date. We’ll confirm final details and payment. Depending on service type, we’ll connect with you to pick up or we’ll handle setup so you can relax and enjoy your special day.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for most events. For weddings, corporate events, and busy seasons, booking 1-3 months ahead is encouraged to ensure availability.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to your event.

Can I make changes after booking?

We'll do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible. Please note that significant changes close to your event date may result in additional charges.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Your deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods. Payment details will be provided with your invoice.

Can you match my event colors or theme?

Absolutely! Every installation is custom-designed to coordinate with your event's colors, theme, and style.

How long do balloons last?

Indoor balloon installations typically last several days to a few weeks, depending on environmental conditions. Outdoor displays are more susceptible to heat, wind, rain, and direct sunlight, which may shorten their lifespan.

Do you handle set up?

Yes! We provide professional delivery and installation for all balloon installations, so your décor is ready before your event begins.

Do you offer Grab & Go balloon garlands?

Yes! Grab & Go balloon garlands are perfect if you'd like to decorate yourself. Simply pick up your garland and follow our easy hanging instructions.

Can I provide inspiration photos?

Absolutely! We encourage you to share Pinterest photos or inspiration images so we can better understand your vision.

What's included with draping?

Our starting draping package includes: Pipe & drape backdrop, Fabric draping, and Professional setup. Additional décor such as artificial flowers, candles, balloons, and specialty rentals can be added for an additional fee.

Do you handle set up?

Yes! We take care of delivery, setup, and breakdown (when applicable), so your backdrop is event-ready before your guests arrive.

Can I add balloons to my backdrop?

Absolutely! Balloon décor is one of our most popular add-ons and can be customized to match your event.

How long is the rental period?

Weekend rentals include Friday evening through Monday evening, giving you plenty of flexibility for your event.

Need games during the week? No problem! Weekday rentals are available, and we offer a $5 discount for one-day weekday rentals.

Do you deliver and pick up the games?

Yes! Delivery and pickup are available. Delivery fees may apply depending on your event location.

How does the process work?

4. Pickup or Delivery

   • Pickup - In York, PA, we’ll coordinate a convenient pickup time.

   • Delivery: We’ll deliver your games to your preferred location, and return to pick them up. Delivery fees apply.
